I Need a Break Terms and Conditions

 Enrollment:

   - Parents/Guardians must complete a comprehensive enrollment form for each child.

   - A non-refundable enrollment fee is due upon registration.

Hours of Operation:

   - Late pick-up charges will apply for each 15-minute increment beyond closing time.

Tuition and Payments:

   - Tuition fees are due on a Weekly/Monthly basis in advance.

   - Late payments may result in a late fee per day.

   - A two-week notice is required for withdrawal; otherwise, tuition for the next two weeks is non-refundable.

 Health and Immunizations:

   - Children must be up to date on all required vaccinations.

   - Sick children, or those exhibiting contagious symptoms, will not be admitted to the daycare unless approved and standard precautions are in place.

 Communication:

   - Regular communication between parents/guardians and daycare staff is encouraged.

   - Emergency contact information must be kept current.

Drop-off and Pick-up:

   - Only individuals authorized in writing by parents/guardians may pick up children.

   - Photo identification may be required during pick-up.

 Behavior Expectations:

   - Children are expected to treat staff and other children with respect.

   - Disciplinary actions, if necessary, will be communicated to parents/guardians.

 Personal Belongings:

   - All personal belongings, including clothing, must be labeled with the child's name.

   - The daycare is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

 Safety and Security:

   - Security measures are in place for the safety of children. Visitors must sign in and out.

   - Emergency evacuation procedures will be practiced regularly.

Termination of Services:

   - The daycare reserves the right to terminate services if the child's behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

   - Parents/guardians may terminate services with a two-week written notice.

 Changes to Terms and Conditions:

   - These terms and conditions are subject to change. Notice will be provided to parents/guardians in advance.
